This weekend I had a huge sense of overwhelm - it hit me like a massive wave and I began to get in a panic about the Country Living Christmas Fair.
I'm not good enough, I'm not prepared enough, I don't belong there; were just a few of my racing thoughts - I was lucky to be able to talk it through with friends, walk in nature with my family and get out in the garden and get my hand into the therapeutic soil.
It gave me a sense of perspective, of what is really important to me, on how far I've come and also I know that I CAN do it.
So Monday is here and I have three weeks until I go to London - I am going to put on my big girl pants and crack on - it's just another market after all!
