Look Up is a gentle reminder to do just that, to soften your shoulders, lift your head, and broaden your gaze. To notice the sky above you, the sway of the trees, birds passing overhead, or even the beautiful details of a building when you're indoors. Sometimes the smallest shift in perspective can make the biggest difference to how we feel.
 
This painting was created from those thoughts and from my own experience of finding comfort and calm by reconnecting with the world around me.
