I run Corporate Wellbeing Workshops designed to help teams relax, recharge, and tap into their creativity. If you want to bring a little more mindfulness and self-expression into your workplace, these sessions are a perfect fit. They’re a great way to boost team morale, improve mental wellbeing, and foster stronger connections. I also host Art Workshops for Health and Wellbeing, where you can explore creativity as a way to de-stress, unwind, and nurture your mental health. No experience is needed—just a willingness to have fun, play, and experiment!
