Mother’s Day Creative Mindfulness Workshop
A gentle space for remembrance, reflection, and creativity
Mother’s Day can be a tender time for those of us who have lost their mum or a mother figure. This creative mindfulness art workshop offers a calm, compassionate space to honour and remember the women in our lives who are no longer with us.
Through gentle guidance and mindful creative exercises, you’ll be invited to express memories, emotions, and reflections using paint, without any pressure to be “artistic.” This session is about presence, expression, and care, not technique or outcomes.
Whether you wish to create something symbolic, abstract, or simply explore colour and movement, you’ll be supported in a quiet, nurturing environment alongside others who understand.

No painting experience needed
