Nature Inspired Wellness Art Workshop

These workshops will offer you the opportunity to unleash your creativity through art by connecting with nature.
It doesn't matter if you haven't picked up a paintbrush since school, the workshops are about the process not the end result.
My aim is to share with you, how taking part in a creative activity, such as art, will make you feel happier and that and how that will effect other aspects of you life.
